Open to kids of all sports and abilities. This well rounded program will improve strength, speed, agility, mobility, coordination and core stability for any sport!

Elementary:

Elementary School training incorporates core stability, proper movement mechanics, speed, agility and some strength into a fun filled hour. 

Middle School:

The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are led by our qualified staff members to allow maximum attention.

High School/ College:

This hour and a half workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on technique. We start with a proper warm-up, move into some speed, agility, quickness, and power movements and round out the workout with strength training.  The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All classes are led by our qualified coaches to allow for  maximum attention and gains.
