Youth Athletic Training


Open to kids of all sports and abilities. This well rounded program will improve strength, speed, agility, mobility, coordination and core stability for any sport!

Elementary (ages 7-10) 60 minute training session breakdown:

Dynamic Warm-up (5 minutes)

Speed & Agility (40 minutes)

Functional Strength/Stabilization (10 minutes)

Static Stretching or Game (5 minutes)

Middle School (ages 11-13) 90 minute training session breakdown: 

SMR, SMC/DMC, Mobility (30 minutes)

Speed, Agility, Quickness & Power (30 minutes)

Total Body Functional Strength Training (30 minutes)
